Adolphson och Falk
Adolphson & Falk is a Swedish synth-pop group with Tomas Adolphson (music, vocals) and Anders Falk (lyrics, music, vocals) as the main members. After meeting during their military service at FRA in 1968, Tomas Adolphson and Anders Falk began collaborating musically. In the 1970s, Adolphson & Falk participated in Melodifestivalen and wrote songs for artists such as Barbro Hörberg and Anita Lindblom. Greg FitzPatrick played a crucial role for the duo during the first half of the 1980s, as they more or less lived in the studio, producing numerous songs that became Sweden’s first and biggest synth hits. Their major breakthrough came through participation in Sveriges Radio’s two 1980s programs, Eldorado with Kjell Alinge and Metropol with Niklas Levy and Ingvar Storm. Last year, Adolphson & Falk celebrated 50 years as a duo with a jubilee tour, marking half a century of playing together.
