Daniel Kvammen

In Daniel Kvammen's musical universe, the village, the city and teenage angst meet great love. As if Lars Winnerbäck and Håkan Hellström reincarnated a place in the heart of rural Norway, as someone so nicely once said. Kvammen has, in just a few years, become a popular name in this country.

Success came overnight with the single Du fortenar ein som meg, which became the most played song on NRK P3 in 2015. Spellemannpris, P3 Gold nominations, visits to the country's biggest TV shows and leading festivals. Three albums and a dozen radio singles are not bad for a villager who started his working life in a ski lift on Geilo.

In the autumn of 2022, Daniel will release a collection of his finest songs, Absolutt Klining med Kringkastingsorkesteret, and travel around Norway on tour.
